About FLEXr Solutions.

  Grant Palling started FLEXr Solutions in 2023 to help manufacturing businesses improve their operations and get things done.

 

  Grant has worked in Manufacturing since 1997.  After graduating from Melbourne University with a Bachelors in Engineering (Mech) hons, Grant went on to work in manufacturing and has dedicated his working life to running, growing and improving manufacturing businesses.

Grant has spent over 18 years in FMCG manufacturing and over 5 years in Rotational Moulding.  His whole career has had a focus on improving processes, teams and businesses.

While working in these environments, he recognised that one of the biggest opportunities in manufacturing is having a resource to focus on a project or business opportunity to realise a step change.

People in manufacturing are busy.  It is almost impossible to get someone on the team to focus on a problem or an opportunity and run it to ground until fixed.  It has been his observation that almost every manufacturing business knows where there is room for improvement but just can't seem to fully understand the opportunity, find the root cause or implement a change that will stick.

Now, with his new business, FLEXr Solutions, Grant is providing businesses with the resource they need, when they need it to make the change that can really make a difference.
