FLEXr Solutions was front and centre at the recent Association of Rotational Moulders Australasia (ARMA) annual conference in Hobart, Tasmania.

Representing our rotational moulding machine partner, Rising Sun Rotational Moulding Machines and Moulds, FLEXr Solutions was able to meet with industry partners old and new. 

The 3-day event was a resounding success and attended by a great mix of moulders, professional services and suppliers to the rotational moulding industry.

Speaking about the conference, FLEXr Solutions Grant Palling said,“This was the best ARMA conference I’ve attended in a few years.  The content was outstanding, particularly on the technical front.  We heard from speakers with truly world class expertise in rotational moulding with speciality materials.  It was a delight to be a part of”.

Grant also presented at the conference on behalf of Rising Sun, sharing some examples of the latest technological advances in rotational moulding equipment and also some of the great automation initiatives employed at the Rising Sun factory in Wenling, China. 

From robot welding and polishing of machine and mould components to the new automated warehouse with robot picking and delivery, Grant was able to share ideas and technologies with the delegates, inspiring them to think about their own organisations and processes.

The ARMA conference moves to Melbourne in 2026 with expectations now high for the bar to be raised once again.  Rising Sun & FLEXr Solutions will be there to continue their support of the industry and moulders throughout the region.
